The Challenge
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who doesn't just want to write code, but wants to design systems. You will join a technical team where code quality, maintainability, and performance are not optional—they are fundamental requirements. You will work on the beating heart of our platform, optimizing high-traffic data flows and ensuring reliability for our B2B partners.
What You Will Do
Design & Development: Create and maintain robust, secure, and performant RESTful APIs.
Architecture: Contribute to architectural decisions to scale the infrastructure and handle high traffic peaks.
Quality: Write clean, tested code. Code reviews and peer programming are an integral part of your daily process.
Integrations: Manage the complexity of government interchange protocols, making them transparent for the end-user.
Mentorship: Guide and support junior team members, promoting best practices and technical growth.
Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve performance bottlenecks and critical production bugs.

Requirements
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in backend development for complex web applications.
API Mastery: Deep knowledge of API design principles, authentication, and security.
Database: Solid experience with relational databases, query optimization, and managing large datasets.
Testing: Accustomed to working with Unit Tests, Functional Tests, and Integration Tests.
Mindset: Ability to work autonomously, critical thinking, and a result-oriented approach.
Language: Good command of written and spoken English.
Nice to Have
Previous experience in the Fintech sector, with E-Invoicing / SDI, or with System Integration projects.
Knowledge of AWS and IaC (Infrastructure as Code).
Knowledge of Java.
