WuBook is a company that promotes access to tourism technologies for everyone, with a particular focus on innovation and accessibility. Founded more than 15 years ago, it has challenged the market dominated by major players, while maintaining its mission and independent spirit over time. With almost 50 employees and offices around the world, WuBook offers a free basic product and a support team involved in all development processes.

The WuBook platform offers a complete and customisable solution for room and rate management, meeting the growing demand in the tourism sector driven by the increase in online travel agencies and metasearch. Zak, WuBook's all-in-one PMS, integrates services such as hotel management software, channel manager, booking engine, website creation and restaurant management app, allowing hoteliers to optimise time and resources. Zak is modular and flexible in pricing, allowing additional services to be added or suspended while keeping the data within the basic management software free of charge.

WuBook's software are designed to meet the needs of both accommodation facilities and technical partners, offering a complete cloud suite to manage any type of property, accessible from both desktop and smartphone. WooDoo is for example aimed at technology partners such as developers or hospitality software manufacturers, and allows the integration of high-performance Channel Manager or Booking Engine using APIs.

Over 22,000 properties worldwide already use WuBook services: a challenge that finds support in the partnership with A-Cube, which allows the hotel management software to issue and send compliant electronic invoices on the Italian market. “Since 2018 when it became mandatory in Italy, we have been able to quickly integrate e-invoicing adapting to different configurations and legislation - says Francesco Ballarini, CEO and founder of Wubook - at a time when few software systems managed intermediation so comprehensively."

Of the A-Cube APIs, Francesco appreciates the high automation and the convenient integration with the management software they have developed, entirely via API and with scalable pay-as-you-go pricing, especially ideal for a startup. Integration also means receiving real-time feedback, handling any failed submissions and much more: "Many management systems allow you to simply copy and paste data - explains Ballarini - you get an XML file and then work with other applications: thanks to A-Cube we not only do everything with a few clicks in an optimal way, but we also have integrated notifications and manage submission issues. This is a great added value for us, especially having to deal with countries with different legislation. Today we are present in Italy, Spain, France, Greece, Poland, Ecuador and little by little we are integrating new services into the package we offer."

A-Cube API is a modern platform created for all developers, software houses and companies looking for products that are easy to integrate and agile to implement. Despite being a highly technical solution, the interface is intuitive and the features are many. Wubook chose A-Cube as a partner because it is able to provide an integrated, automatic and scalable solution.
