AvaiBook is an innovative platform designed to facilitate the management of holiday rentals, offering a wide range of useful tools for property owners and managers. The Booking Engine is responsive, simple and intuitive. It is designed to improve the booking experience, can be easily integrated into any website or social media, and also allows personalised offers to be sent by email, sms or WhatsApp.



AvaiBook has also developed two Revenue Management tools: Market Data, which analyses the market and competitors providing data and statistics to define sales strategies, and Dynamic Pricing, which suggests intelligent real-time prices based on an algorithm, guaranteeing the best possible price.



Precisely to offer an integrated service with great added value and to speed up payment management processes, AvaiBook has integrated A-Cube APIs since 2023, thereby allowing the immediate and automated sending of its customers' electronic invoices to the Italian Revenue Agency. A capability that was previously missing and required manual management or external software by each accommodation provider.
