A new milestone in A-Cube’s growth journey: Jet HR is our new official advisor for administrative tasks and human resources management. With this collaboration, we are taking a decisive step towards a more modern, efficient and scalable management of HR processes, moving from a traditional payroll consultant to an all-in-one digital platform for HR and personnel administration

At A-Cube we are growing rapidly: new clients, new projects and, above all, new colleagues joining the team. With limited internal HR resources, manual handling of administrative tasks can only work up to a certain point. When headcount grows, modern tools are needed to streamline processes, reduce errors and free up time for what really matters: people and business strategy. 

With Jet HR we can now digitalise and centralise all HR activities: from hiring to contract signing, through to managing attendance, holidays, expense claims and payslips. But also have more structured, transparent and trackable processes with real-time dashboards and reports, and pair the technology with a dedicated labour consultant, always up to date on Italian regulations and ready to support us with the most complex administrative decisions. 

Jet HR is also a true partner for us: already our customer for the e-invoicing APIs, through which we have supported key administrative processes integrated into our solutions. Their growth has been significant and can also be expressed in numbers: from a few dozen invoices managed through A-Cube in 2023 to more than a thousand in 2025 — a concrete testament to how we are evolving together, expanding services and operational capacity. Thus, from an already established relationship comes a structured collaboration, in which Jet HR also becomes an official supplier for HR management.

For a company like ours, where every new employee brings value and requires attention, having well-organised HR processes is not just a convenience: it is a strategic necessity.
