Job description



We are looking for someone who thinks outside the box and is motivated by entrepreneurship, with proven experience in sales and business development, to support our growth in Poland. You will join our local team and have the opportunity to build the local portfolio from scratch, according to your own sales strategy but with the help of our founders. We would like to work with someone willing to take responsibility for the challenge and with the ambition to create an exponentially growing business in the country.



Main responsibilities



You will be directly responsible for:



  • creating the business development strategy for the local market



  • researching local suppliers and marketing partners



  • building a sales funnel



  • following up on sales



You will be the face of A-Cube in your country, so we expect you to take part in relevant business or community events to promote our product and explain its benefits. Thanks to an on-site team, you will be able to guide the product development roadmap and the customisations required for corporate clients. You will be asked to monitor profit and loss, and you will be responsible for success in this region. The initial team will be small, but you will have the opportunity to grow it thanks to the results achieved.



The Country Manager will report to the Head of Sales and work closely with the CFO, CTO and their teams. This is a full-time position, however part-time can be considered depending on the candidate's seniority and background.



Requirements



  • 3-5 years of experience in software sales; experience in selling API-based products or fintech will be considered an advantage;



  • Ability to imagine, develop and execute exciting growth strategies



  • Ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously



  • Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with stakeholders at all levels



  • Ability to use the main sales tools and create sales materials (with the help of our communications team)



  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies



  • Understanding of the tech ecosystem and the product's API architecture



  • Ability to work autonomously with a high level of independence



  • Positive attitude



  • Native-level or native Polish, fluent English (written and spoken)



Nice to have



  • Experience in go-to-market for new products or in building new businesses from scratch



  • Experience in a technology startup/scaleup



  • Experience in the payments sector



  • Experience in F&A and/or Fintech

Location



Your base of operations will be in Poland, in a remote working role with availability for in-person meetings on a monthly or quarterly basis.
