A-Cube is officially the B2G IT provider for the Belgian government

Since 2011 Belgium has launched a programme of measures to support and promote e-invoicing. Several public bodies came forward and the private sector also got on board, as part of initiatives adopted at European level. The first electronic invoice was exchanged in July 2014 and made it possible to identify the improvements needed for large-scale implementation, for example by eliminating supplier onboarding procedures, which caused delays and excessive costs.

This was made possible thanks to the PEPPOL interoperability network. This is a European project, later extended worldwide, which enables companies with an international presence to exchange digital data and documents securely and in a standardised way through a certified network. A-Cube is a certified PEPPOL Access Point that allows structured data to be exchanged through this network. To find out more and request a quote: https://www.acubeapi.com/soluzioni/peppol
Since 2017 the Flemish authorities have been ready to receive invoices in electronic format and since 2018 paper invoices are no longer accepted. The Belgian government has launched a dedicated e-invoicing website that brings together complete, transparent and up-to-date information on the world of e-invoicing, for citizens and businesses. A hub that facilitates access to information already available online, to concrete solutions and to a list of official partners already ready and active on the market. Public and private IT organisations involved in e-invoicing and which have agreed to be associated with this portal.
A-Cube API is officially on this list of partners and enables, without changing software, seamless integration and privileged access to the PEPPOL network, thanks to a set of flexible, cutting-edge APIs.
